My complaints are resolved without technical correction and I am asked to take help of Linesman Pradeep and Broadband Linesman Balaram, but availing their service is difficult, time consuming and erratic. My land line phone number.0674-2720178 is becoming out of order/dead many times. The complains raised are closed without rectification. During last three months we have not used/sparingly used the phone which may be verified from the call details.
kindly rectify the problem or i will be forced to discontinue with BSNL

I have rechargedd my pre-paid No 9437936988 rupees 375 for free call to all BSNL at 12.oo pm, but after that i have made calls to 3/4 BSNL No, always the messege shown your last call not charged, but the balance has been deducted near about Rs, 40/- kindly refund the amount to my main balance.

I have rechargedd rupees 1000 (3 months Free B to B) today (02/09/13) at 11.55 am with reference number - 1220695205, but surprisingly the service is unavailable till now (3.30 pm)and all calls are being charged from my main balance.

Pls rectify the wrongs ASAP.
