While downloadinga movie, if the internet connection gets slow, then the download effectively stops and does not resume even when the connection is restored. Then I have to start the download once again.

I do not see any help file in Bigflix downloader.

My credit card is being charged twice. for one week as wells for one month. Even after unchecking auto renewal. There is no phone number in their we site. I recommend not to add your credit card details. You can not contact them and you will be charged. If no phone number is there in bigflix website, do not believe them.
