I have been a BSNL customer since the past one year. My number is 9410374887. Last night, suddenly my BSNL SIM card stopped functioning. I have already linked my BSNL number with my adhaar card. I have also tried rebooting, inserting in a different phone, changing the SIM slots etc. The SIM tray is not loose either. I have also tried calling your Dehradun customer service number, but I could not connect to any of your staff. It would be a relief if you kindly look into this matter.

My Landline tel. No. 0135-2753655 is faulty from Thursday last, it was faulty earlier in 2nd week of Sept-2015, and goes defective atleast 2/3 times in a month. I cannot utilise this telephone whenever I require it urgently, the free call facility from 9pm to 7am cannot be used as the phone goes dead on weekend days, have phoned to 198, SDO and others, but situation is same, I am now thinking of disconnecting this line, Will BSNL authorities take this notice and do something to sort out this complaint please?.

When i was in Pauri district (Uttarakhand), I purchased the SIM of Bsnl number 9410188039. I shifted from Pauri to g b pant university of agri. And tech, pantnagar in the year 2010. All the outgoing calls of my sim have been blocked by the bsnl from last two year due to lack of fresh id. I visited several times to the bsnl office rudrapur, distt. Udham singh nagar (uttarakhand) i. E. Nearest bsnl office from my residence to submit the fresh id. But, nobody is ready to accepted my id and they were saying that, sir we will not accept your id. And you have to submit your id in pauri district from where you have purchased the sim. Thus, kindly solve the problem as soon as possible and kindly instruct to the rudrapur bsnl office to accept my fresh id. Because i cant visit at pauri district because that place is far distant away from my residence.
