My Complaint No1309A446380390. FOR ONIDA AC. This 1.5 tonne air condition purchased in 2011 had frequent complaints. Date of complaint during 2013 are as below-Oct'12 /20.3.13 / 20.5.13 / 30.6.13 / 4.9.13 and 7.9.13 All abv complaints on gas leakage.

Complaint for 30.6.13, your service personal, Alam Hoem Care, Mumbai charged me 11500/- towards Condensor and Coil replacement .

Now again there was cooling issue and when logged abv complaint, it was told to me that the coil and condensor needs to be repaired for which 13000/- needs to be paid.

All thru out my air condition is under AMC. Your call centres do not let pass me to your office.

How can the coil and condensor go when they were replaced three months ago.

It is criminal. Cheating. IS ANYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE JOBS DONE BY YOUR FRANCHISEE SERVICE PROVIDORS.
