For new connection of rupees 249 plan I gave all my Id proof and address proof and deposit amount in Samayanallur BSNL office on 13. 5. 2017. My house is in paravai new karpagam mat school. We are residing at 39/2D, Periyar Nagar, Madakkulam main road, Madurai-625003. When we inquired for New connection to our home which is located inside the city limits, we received information that there are no cable lines running through or cables lines are lying fault for more than few years in our locality. Because of various reasons including lack of connectivity, previous users of BSNL have disconnected due to bad service/frequent fault. This locality has more than 1000 houses in main road connecting periyar Nagar and madakkulam. The sad fact is this area is located within two km of Ponmeni Telephone Exchange. Also this is a fast developing area of madurai with few high rise apartments. This area also has two Government PG hostels and Church which are without broadband connectivity. Please provide this area with state of the art Broadband connectivity.

We contacted you in Thallakulam office and Anna Nagar office for above grievance, you didn’t take any necessary step. We stopped pay the bill for above mentioned two numbers, you cut off landline connection permanently. In-spite of that you are charging continuously till now. Now, status is both connections are not existed in our building. But you are charging regularly every month around 1500 for disconnected landlines.
