I had applied for reinstate of my mobile connection No 9419788892 alongwith requisite documents and proof of identity after depositing outstanding bill amount of rupees 1, 450. 00 with BSNL, Rail Head Complex, Jammu (J and K) on 03/10/2015. It was confirmed by BSNL Representative sitting in BSNL office, that my mobile will start functioning from 04/10/2015, but till date, it has not been started. To whom should I contact numberw and what action will BSNL take against such false interpretations.

Mobile tower of BSNL is not working in our area i. E Mohinder Nagar Extension, Canal Road Jammu, J and K and this problem we are facing from last one year approx. Earlier in case of power shut down the call disconnected automatically. And now from some days the tower is not working at. When we complain for this reply is like this " Tower of this area is dispute and will be rectify in some days"when you are taking full rant of month. Why the service is not provided?
