I booked a courier for Muzaffarpur Bihar on 01/02/2016. (Tracking number K84235134). The courier was suppose to be delivered within 48 hrs, i. E. By 03/02/2016 evening. On tracking I found that it was given to your Muzaffarpur sub-office on 04/02/2016 at 07. 07 am. But was not delivered to the address of consignee. It is shown that the courier was taken for delivery on 06/02/2016 at 11. 59 hrs. But it has not been handed over as of this time.

I sent a parcel from Patna to Jamshedpur by dtdc plus (V 23298577) which could not be delivered on the subsequent days due to curfew imposed in the city. The Patna office confirmed that it wld be delivered today (Dt 23/07/2015) and asked if the recipient (Ms Nidhi Pandey) can call the office in Jamshedpur. The lady in the Jamshedpur office was very rude and banged down the phone which is bad ethics. In this competitive market i guess we as customers have to opt for a courier service which can at least be courteous to the customers if not efficient.

DTDC very much disappointed with their service. They are not deliver any document timely. Their dispatch system is very surprising. Document send from Delhi to Kolkata for Jamshedpur is correct, but we do not understand that document send to Patna from Kolkata and then Patna to Jamshedpur, very much surprising. DTDC look into the matter and take a corrective action.

We have transported one drum through your reputed courier on 30/09/2014 from Taloja to Boisar vide docket number D19554562/30. 09. 2014. Till today material is not received at Boisar. We are follow up with your Boisar branch, but they are telling us that you contact at Panvel branch. Panvel branch people nobody know the status of parcel. We request to you, Kindly deliver the material on top priority basis. The material is too urgent to us. We are surprised that you are deliver the material at Baddi within 4-5 days and for Boisar its require fifteen days. Parcel online status is not shown.
Dtdc people nobody bother about this missing parcel. Nobody can give positive response.
