Sir, I Stephen Thevadiyil bought a new Videocon T. V on 17/6/2016, from Pittapilly agency Pala. When i went to buy the T. V, they said that the agency people would come the same day the package is delivered to set it up. I called them the next day and they said they would come that day. The next two days were weekends and i called them again on monday, they said they would come, but didn't and the same thing happened the next day. It has been five days since my package has been delivered. I really thought that your services were good, but i am thinking about changing the product as your are very poor. There was a complaint about Videocon Air cooler. Some body came replace the motor -, but with an incorrect one. It is not at all working properly. We have made so many requests to the service center to correct it, but till now there is no further action from the service center. The service center is Kaduvakkulam (near Koppam) Palakkad, Kerala. Have purchased the Vediocon one ton Split AC and it is in waranty till Fruary 2015. Have made a complaint through your dealer Next, Muvattupuzha ( NOT COOLING) on 4th Oct. 2014.complaint number is COCO410140087. Once Technician has attended the complaint and advised that one part has to be replaced. Regret to inform you that till date nothing has happened and still the machine is out of order. Kindly look into this matter depute your technician by tomorrow.
