November I backed Mumbai and I shown my mobile to your service center, near excelsior. He charged for that software update Rs. 300/-. He told me that your mobile warranty is over. Problem remain same. Again I went there than told me that inside circuit may be short and battery is out of order. You have to pay for that. Mt question is there I was out of Mumbai for that it was delayed. You cant consider this matter for that.
