CN No P31573158, I had send sodexo coupons to Bangalore to Ajinkya nazare,, but he received pencil box instead. The courier was not received by my son personally. Your pimpri franchisee says we are not supposed to send coupons so he can not entertain the complaint. I work for LIC and we received these coupons thru DTDC, so I assumed that it is allowed. Both franchisees are not ready to look into the matter. I have not received any acknowledgement for complaint mails I have sent. Nobody answers your customer care numbers. I am very disappointed that no action is being taken. Yours being a worldwide network such negligence is not expected. I have no way to put forth my complaint. Mr. Pramod Mahmun, owner of Pimpri franchisee refused to do anything and asked for written complaint, but he also has not bothered to reply my email. There are no boards stating what can or cannot be sent thru courier. People get away with sending black money and our hard earned coupons get lost. The coupon were worth Rs. 7000.

Dear Sir, One envelope from Solapur BSNL Ele. Division on dt. 06. 01. 2015 was taken to deliver at Mumbai BSNL office bearing ticket number P30648486 which was supposed to be delivered on 07 or 08. 01. 2015. Till today evening i. E. 17. 01. 2015 upto 05. 00 p. M it was not delivered. After continuous follow up it was noticed that it was lying in Mumbai courier office, now efforts shall be made to deliver after a lapse of around 10days which is highly regretted. In my personal view it was a urgent one and could have been delivered within 3-4 days max.
