But More than three Months have expired, but no response had been Given by him. He had deposited the registraion amount of 27. 8. 2017 insstead of 12. 6. 2017. I had given the last opprunity upto 8. 9. 2017 for supply the Registraion Card and Number Plate. If I will not received the same I will by the complaint in the Consumer Court for harrasment.

I am approach I c Honda Bailey road Patna for 1st servicing of my activa before running of 1000. He denied and asking for payment. I pay and received my activa, but sound of activa is change I again approach with a wheel and asking the same. Mechanic told air box is damage. I stocked how the air box damage. My activa only two month old. I sure they are change air filter box with another activa and taken money. He denied to change the same and asking your complaint is not inter-tend. I have not been allotted number so far from rto. His service is very poor and taken at least eight to ten hrs for running service. Those customer give bribe to the mechanic his vehicles is ready within two hours even his serial number is bottom of the list.

I Have Servicing for My Bike Honda Shine from 21 Honda Service Center they doesn't solve my problem and get extra charge on bike they will charge me something around 6673 rupees and my break liver handle they do not fit in bike and charge on my bill and they do not give me the my replace parts in the service they told me i lost you are parts and they do not have any manners to talk with the customers please give me my parts which may they have change in servicing so i know 21 Honda is cheated with the so much clients and the My Bike Is not done at this time servicing also

That after the purchase of the said vehicle I realized that the steering (handle) of the said vehicle was trembling/shaking and on 12.05.2103 I informed to the SMOOTH HONDA about this defect. The concerned person of the SMOOT HONDA informed me to left this vehicle for servicing and they will remove this defects and accordingly the said vehicle was delivered to them on 12.05.2013. At the time of taking the said vehicle after service I was informed that trembling/shaking of steering (handle) got removed and I was requested to pay Rs.482.00 and the said amount was paid by me.

That just after 2-3 days of the service of the said vehicle I again noticed that the trembling/shaking of the steering (handle) has not been removed/cured properly and therefore the said vehicle was handed over to the SMOOTH HONDA on 30.06.2013 for removing the defects, but the result was same and again I paid Rs.482.00 towards service.

your dream yuga bike is a very bad bike your dealers do not agree the complaint , bike does not give much average,bike's chain ,speedo meter cable,cranks case cover is broken .dealer said this is not our problem if the parts are broken.bike gives only 50 km/hour average, company mentioned that it will give72 km/h. we completed 4100 km running only and the parts broken we repaired it from outer garage.but dealer says that you have to pay seprate money for the repairing of the parts this means they are asking continuesly money for every single work. Bike is still on warranty period. I do not want this bad bike,please return me my cash or else give me same model of bike, but totaly new bike or else do some thing by which the average of bike will increase. And send the reply what you are going to do.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchase a Honda Shine motorcycle on 15/12/2012 from KTC motors Kalapetta, Wayanad, Kerala.

After running 250 km I have noticed sound from the back wheel and the ride become unfortable and dangaroues. During the frist service i have reported this problem to the service manager.After the 1st service they assured that the problem is rectified and corrected and also informed me that the similar complaint exist for all shine motor cycle in this bacth.

Unfortunatly the sound from the back wheel repeated even before riding 100km after the first service. The ride was very uncomfatable and not safe.

I reported the same complaint in the 2nd and 3rd service also, but it was not repaired or replaced in these services. Actually this problem is not wear and tear of the chain sporcket kit ,but this only for the manufacturing dfeault. Iam totally unstatified with your poor perfomence of the product

There is a continuous leakage of mobile from the drainage place of mobile.After several treatment it has not been improved still mobile is leaking and the servicing center has no further treatment for it so they are saying that they will put some GUM type of material to stop it which is not acceptable at all.Further they admit that its a manufacturing defect and when I asked them to change the defected part,they said I have to pay for the same.This leakage problem is from November 2012.
