actully long time ago i send the filled nri online banking form to the branch, but still i didt grt the approved, , and agian i tried for second time, but i couldnt do it, becasuse its asking manager appoval like that something so please can you assisit me

I am a Railway pensioner drawing pension through S. B. Account No. 041201000028879 from October, 2003. As per Pension Payment Order No. 0601209669 dated 8. 10. 03 commuted portion of pension has to be deducted from monthly pension from 01/10/2003 to 30/09/2018. But recovery of commuted portion of pension continued in October 2018 also. Detailed representation sent through Branch Manager, I. O. B., Perungalathur Branch vide my letter dated 31. 10. 2018. No reply received till date. Excess recovered amount may be arranged to be refunded and recoveery of commuted portion of pension stopped.
