I purchased SIM card of rupees 150 from Mr Subir of Song Birds shop,
3-5-926/21,Narayanaguda, Hyderabad-500 029 (AP). on 30.7.13

I have submitted Photo, ADD.Proof and ID proof.and alternative cell number The SIM is not yet activated.
When I enquired the SIM vendor says he does not mainatain any record for SIMs
sold. Acticvation is not his duty. He says that IDEA has no rules put to him
