I am applying for UK visa (Tier-4 PBS, General Student). Since, last five days, I have been trying to pay for IHS by using credit and debit cards, but the payment was declined every time I tried. I tried different credit and debit cards, but it didn't help. Because of this I exceeded the 5th trial of online payment and hence had to start new visa application all over gain. My first money transfer for priority visa service was for amount rupees 25, 200 dated 21st August 2015 through AXIS bank internet banking service, but the amount was debited from my accounted and the transaction failed due to logout of VFS payment page. The transaction number is DUTI3975849249. I tried 2nd transaction through ICICI bank and my transaction was completed and I received the receipt for the same. The amount of rupees 25, 200 which was debited from my Axis bank account is not credited back after six working days. I have filled VISA application form under category of UK General tier two shortage occupation, During the booking of appointment I have selected wrong COS end date, I selected Wrong COS end date 15 Oct 2015 while correct COS end date is 15 July 2018. Because of this wrong selection, selected duration came under one year while correct span is three yrs. Please note that No IHS fee to be paid for less then one year and for three years IHS fee 600 GBP to be paid. Problem:- IHS reference number is generated without any payment (duration taken less then one year) and in my VISA login page "IHS Payment Completed" tab is locked. Please assist me so that I can pay 600 GBP (actual three years duration IHS fee).
