This is with regard to the cancellation of my postpaid subscription due to dissatisfaction of services provided by you.

I request you to kindly cancel my connection starting today. I would like to bring to your notice that due to wrong activation of the services which was not requested by me and the charges levied for this was not expected from a major cellular company like Idea, hence I am forced to cancel all my postpaid subscription.

I would request you to provide me in writing the reasons for the following points :

1. I had requested for the plan of 2G unlimited than why was 3G plan activated.
2. Why was my callings barred whereas the data connection should have been deactivated.
3. Why there was no service call received for confirming my plan subscribed and the plan activated.

I had faced lot of problems due to negligence in service from your side and would like to take this matter further.
