Dear customer care. Ref Invoice number 2110 dt2. 6. 2015 for 2nos Shower (installed on5th June)enclosures at Ms Bhavana distributors Mysore and sales magr. Of Jaugar is Mr. Puneeth. Mob9972999448. Leak noticed at both. Mr. Puneeth has not come during installation and also after complaint to see the problem. He sent a person Mr. Upendra(9611841791)but after seeing he told me and also Mr. Puneeth as he is a plumber and could not attend. But call center called me to give feed back since the problem is resolved. Fitting reply was given. He felt sorry and gave me another complaint number After a lot of follow up with the Ms Bhavana, he gave me Mr. Khan's mobile number9972833355 your rep in Benaluru. Mr. Khan promised to send tech on 24. 7. 2015, but till now no one has turned up. The worst thing is both Mr. PUNEETH AND KHAN are not responding to my phone call. This is the pathetic story.
