Hi this is mrs. Shikha Mehra . I bought a Lakme nine to five ' lipstick few days back from big bazar. But I am really disappointed with it as it is very rough and gets chip off on lips after few minutes of applying only. They say it's nine to five stay on lipstick, but it's not even nine to 10. ??very bad product.

I visited Lakme Salon, Inorbit Mall - Mahavedpura Bangalore on 27th August 2017 for a haircut. I asked for layered and she gave me flat V cut. The ticket mentioned on my bill is PMC9907. On billing, instead of accepting the offer (SMS from Lakme0 of rupees 500, they charged me rupees 1200. Not even the normal of rupees 850. On asking, they were rude and said they only had senior stylist ins tore and that is the charge. I have been longtime Lakme customer, but recently qualityis detoriated and ethical values have been gone for a toss of Lakme Staff.

I visited a Lakme salon today at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, Karnataka for the first time, and got myself a facial and detan which costed me INR 4968. A board was put up there saying that, " no bill no charge". I was not given a bill, and when i asked for the same i was asked to wait for about 45 minutes due to reasons known by the staff
I wanted to know, if this is common. If that is the case such posters should not be put up.
