I have bought Lenovo Feb from erose I had a problem with the device the replaced the device after a month keeping with them severs times sended for service centre even they replaced it new divide has a same issue with charging problem now I have given my devic on10-7-2016 still waiting for the parts not sure when they will fix it. I bought a new Lenovo Ideapad z510, manufacture date 10/02/2014, serial number yb02301568 which is under warranty period until now. Since December 2014, i am facing a big power problem, suddenly the laptop just have no power. I send it to Redington service company in cairo, Egypt for service. They did the service three times until now with job order number 1995862, 2007576 and 2026611. In the first two service they change the motherboard and in the third they just did bios sofware. And all of that gives no positive results as just after i receive the laptop from service, the same problem happen again within 2~5 days maximum. I demand Redington company to replace the laptop as it still in waranty period,, but they said that Lenovo UAE service center are not accepting to replace the laptop until the hardware problem is repeated three times. You have statement that says "lenovo stake its enthusiasm for ennovation, quality and service".

I purchased a Lenovo G580 laptop from sharaf DG on April 6th. Found that the ESC key broken lose on April 8th under normal use. Laptop Brand new without a single scratch. Returned to sharaf DG on April 9th seeking replacement.
Sharaf DG cleaned their hands saying only LENOVO will deal with it.
April 11th Sharaf DG says Lenovo agress only to repair.

Initially My above laptop had broken the audio devise and hanging the system while operating, I given to Lulu Ajman branch to repair the same on 26.01.13 and it was one month with service center and on 27.02.13 delivered to me and on the same day i return back to Lulu Ajman, still there was problem while typing any sentence the same erase and type in between the world and unable to complete one sentence properly and the same accepted by the service center rep in Lulu ajman.
Now the laptop still with service center or whereever and repeated my enquery no satisfactory response.
