I want to unsusbcribe to the adds-on 100 minutes free international call which was offered to me last February 2013. I only need to keep the BBM Social package where I am paying AED49+AED20 service charge.
Suprisingly,I was informed that after I will be unsubscribe from the adds-on, I still need to pay AED50 rental fee every month???
This was not explained to me when this ads-on was offered to me before. I am going back to Philippines for four months and I do not want to be tied in such charges. What is your advise?

I tried the promo of etihad regarding the 200 minutes local call for 50 dh registration and 50 dh for the 200 mins. local call. I have done that on Firt week of may. until I went for vacation last may 25. To my surprize, when I arrived last June 23, I found out from the main office of etisalat in airport road that I need to pay almost 1200 dh. I went for inquiry to find out that they are telling me that I used the enabled DATA.I am not good in using cell phone specially in WIFI or any gadgets. Sir, i already registered my number with etisalat mobile number 00971502698168 my number my identity campign; this number is not my name before and i paid 50dhs (Receipt number. 161303955) transfer to register my name. Somany times i received SMS alert for reregister , but today i received a SMS alert that i need to register before 6th June 2013. When registered my SIM 08th of April 2013 untill now i did not get any SMS alert of my SIM is registered. Kindly please know my SIM card is already registered if it is possibile.
