I am surprised that Axis Bank deals with a company whose customer care number in Bangalore is of no use. Why I am saying this from yesterday I have tried at least 20 times to reach some one on 22133271 and 22133274 every time phone rings and no one picks up. It has taken seven days still consignment number 8425831960 from Mumbai sent on 11. 03. 2015 is not delivered to our branch.

Hi,

My courier AWD#8281631691 has not been delivered to me, it has been three months now, i have been following it up with the Pune team, but i still have not go any resolution, in the website it showed that my courier has been delivered, but i have not received it, how can any courier company deliver a package without the acknowledgement signature of the person named on the address. I had not even got any calls from the delivery person pre/post the delivery if the courier has been delivered. I am deeply grieved, as this courier contained my study material for the course that I am doing from SCDL. After i contacted the Pune team represenatative, she promised me that they will ask for a re-issue of these books from SCDL which will be fully paid for by Overnite express, but i have not got any details thereafter.
