I have been getting excessive billing for the last two billing cycles. Ever since the igl connection was activated on 16sep 2011, my bill was as expected. Although, nobody used to come for taking the meter reading, however the bills were showing expected consumption. My consumption based on the data from the date of installation viz. 16-09-2011 to 16-11-2014 is 281. three scm for 658 days which means average 0. 427 scm/day or 12. 802 scm per 30 days or 25. 650 for 60 days.
However, since the last billing cycle on April 2014. My consumption has been shown more than six times than the average of last three years since 2011 as mentioned above.
I complained to igl last month for the checking of possible leakage in my line. A person from igl visited and said my gas line and gas stove was ok and there is no leakage.
However, to my shock, i got the next bill of rupees 4852/- on 09-06-2014 with due date of 23-06-2014 showing even further increased consumption of 115 scm.

My business partner number is 5000026739, Connection Object Domestic date of installation is 13.07.2013.Initial meter reading was 0.088M3.

I received a Estimated invoice number100007934013 dtd 10.10.2013. Estimated current readings shown in the invoice for the period from 13.7.2013 to 7.9.2013 is 28.23 and from 0.09.2013 to 29.09.2013 is 39.09 scm.Total quantity consumed is shown as 39.00SCM.

Where as the actual reading on 05.11.2013 is 19.94 SCM.

My complaint is that why the invoice is not prepared based on actual consumption which is @4.5 scm per month.Kindly refund my payment for extras scm charged from me.I may not get the payment from company if I vacate the flat in next month.By the end of this month also the consumption will not cross more than 22.00 SCM (13,07.2013 to 30.11.2013). Kindly take the notice of such complaints and instruct the concerned officials to take readings on regular basis for making the invoices. Kindly refund my excess payment charged for 19scm.

Dear Sir,
I received (B.P.NO.4000003286,)billvide invoice number100007746896 dt.17.09.2013.
As per bill total consumption for the period 16.06.2013 to2.09.13 is shown as148 SCM and average consumption is 37.42SCM/Month,which is on higher side.As on date the meter reading is 824.86 which means the consumption of 35 days is only 15.70SCM.
Moreover from the date of Installation of PNG connection(since2008)total consumption is 824.86.It seems that there is some mistake in calculating the period resulting in excess billing.You are therefore requested to revise the bill& send revised bill for payment.

My B.P. Number is 6000002517. I have not received the bill for PNG since November 2012. No body has come to take the meter reading also. SMS is sent without bill for payment. I have shifted from this house to another house and there is no consumption on this connection.
I have given feed back to IGL and sent mail to customer care, but without any response.
The phones of customer care, nodal officer and appelant Authority are also not responding to the call as the call remains unanswered
