I did not renew my contract with ACN as an IBO this year, it ended Nov 2014 and I have not received a copy of my final income statement and I can no longer access my IBO account online. My ibo number was 02416188. Can you please send me a summary of my income for 2014 business contract as an IBO as I require this information to file my 2014 Income Tax return. As an IBO, I was not happy with my upline support and felt manipulated, and did not feel my upline acted with integrity and honesty in my dealings and in dealings with my downline. Notice to cancel service as of February 18, 2015: I want to discontinue the web-site that is referred to as "Your Business Assistant" (YBA) for which I am being charge $39. 99 per month and the "Downline Reporting" fee of $8. 99 per month as well as any additional fee associated with this YBA service. I am not working the business and do not intend to do so in the future. I am an IBO, I called to see about my renewal. The call tells me to dial zero for an operator. I did and I was stuck in a loop that returned me to the same message. I attempted to dial a random four digit number to see if I could bypass the looping message and the phone disconnected.
