My order No. 398320001 was not delivered to my address. According to the Couriers Please website, there was nobody home to receive the order. This is, however, a dishonest statement as I was at home. In fact, I have not left home for more than a week as I am not well. In addition, the parcel was dropped at the news agency with no public transport nearby, which makes it extremely difficult for me to collect it. I would appreciate it very much if the parcel were re-delivered to my address. Thank you.

HELP I cannot order the man's grey marl wool rib jumper, size S $42. It is 50% acrylic, 19% cotton, 18% viscose and 13% wool. I press the green to buy button, but nothing happens. I have been trying for 20 hours to get it to work as I want the jumper delivered before Christmas. I looked on the asos site for phone numbers. Very hard to find and all I have found said the numbers are disconnected. Are any orders getting through in Australia at the moment?
Please accept this order and let me know how to proceed with the payment. How am I meant to get the ASOS website to work to process an order?

Hello, I tried to find a dress that was advertised in the Sunday Telegraph "Sunday Style" magazine on February 15th, 2015. The model was wearing the dress described below and she was posed with her hands resting on the neck of a white horse. The dress is basically black, with sections of pink, white, pale orange embroidery or print, on the bodice, around the waist, down the sides of the long sleeves and around the skirt. The dress did not have a product code or style number, just the price of AUD$183. 00. There is no Sydney phone number for ASOS in Australia for me to call. I called the number on your website and your consultant was very helpful, but he also could not find the dress. It is very frustrating to see a product advertised, with no way of identifying it and ordering it. Please advise how I can find this dress on the asos.com. Au website. Thank you, Maria.

I received my maternity dress today and it looks nothing like in the picture. It was supposed to be a skater dress with spot, instead i received a flowery dress totally different and looks really cheap as compare to what i paid for. Hi there, I returned an item weeks ago with no refund or notification from ASOS as of yet. I have send several email with not reply from the ASOS team the most recent being Sunday 3/11/13 just been (well and truly past the four hr timeframe).
My temando tracking said it has been received by ASOS and my understanding is that this process should be over by now.

I have had ALOT of trouble with dresses i have ordered online from ASOS. Dresses were meant to be for bridesmaids
1. The dresses were ment to be sent express and were not.
2. A dress i received was dirty/faulty.
3. The dress was returned and i paid for postage.
4. A replacment dress was sent and it was sent to the wrong address.
5. The replacment dress was the wrong size.
6 I was meant to receive a refund for the dress ordered last month and it still hasnt happened.
asos is a joke i have now spoken to a total if 17 different people!

I returned a dress back to Asos, and I have sent many emails following up on my refund, however I have only received genetic emails and no-one has resolved or refunded my money back to me. It's been over ten working days since I have sent the dess and it appears to be lost . Asos are very unprofessional, as no-one has properly read my emails and just keep asking genetic questions. Asos are happy to take your money, however are not willing to assist when required. There customer service is bad and it the last time I will ever do on line shopping again, as that is for me, $74 down the drain . Thanks asos for ripping off your clients and ruining my Internet shopping experience

I sent an item in for refund and it said I would receive the money back in my account 5-10 business days. Last Friday 16th was the 10th business day. Since then I have sent six enquiries yet no response and its now eight days later.
There's been response about generic questions, but now that its about not receiving my refund I hear nothing???
