HELP I cannot order the man's grey marl wool rib jumper, size S $42. It is 50% acrylic, 19% cotton, 18% viscose and 13% wool. I press the green to buy button, but nothing happens. I have been trying for 20 hours to get it to work as I want the jumper delivered before Christmas. I looked on the asos site for phone numbers. Hello, I tried to find a dress that was advertised in the Sunday Telegraph "Sunday Style" magazine on February 15th, 2015. The model was wearing the dress described below and she was posed with her hands resting on the neck of a white horse. The dress is basically black, with sections of pink, white, pale orange embroidery or print, on the bodice, around the waist, down the sides of the long sleeves and around the skirt. I returned a dress back to Asos, and I have sent many emails following up on my refund, however I have only received genetic emails and no-one has resolved or refunded my money back to me. It's been over ten working days since I have sent the dess and it appears to be lost . Asos are very unprofessional, as no-one has properly read my emails and just keep asking genetic questions. Asos are happy to take your money, however are not willing to assist when required.
