Today 12/9/017 at 2: 30, i visited Askari Bank branch located at Shabqadar Charsadda KPK for transaction, where a bank representative behaved me rudely and refused to work within an official time. So kindly overcome these rude bankers and make sure best services to customers.
Dear Sir. My SNGPL reference number is 13012408640 (Brig Rashid Ahmed ). I paid my SNGPL Bill for the month of Nov 2017 on 29 Dec 2017 through Askari Bank mobile application. I did not receive the confirmation e mail from Askari Bank. When i checked up from Askari Bank helpline they told me that deduction of rupees 2300/- has been made against bill payment from my account. I also checked balance of my account, the deduction has been made. Please send me confirmation to avoid any complications in my next billing and also inform SNGPL that Askari Bank has received the bill. (My Cell number is 03217307905).

I Hav Clk Muhammad Khalid has opened a USD account in Askari Bank AWT Plaza Rawalpind. My salary direct transfer from United Nation Mission Central Africa into my account USD Account No PK76 ASCM 0000 0105 0110 7332. I checked from concerned Branch of United Nation Central Africa. My pay for the month of February and March 2016 transfer on 23-02-16 AND 24-03-16. Please information me about the same has been credited or not. United Nation authority said the pay has been transfer to my account in AWT Plaza. Sir, please update me about my salary is credit into my account or not. Details are as under:-

COMPLAINT REGARDING CREDIT card number5140-9910-1973-0001
I have received bill for the period from 26.08.2013 to 25.09.2013 with late payment charges of Rs.510.27 which is unjustified as I have not received bill for the period from 27.07.2013 to 25.08.2013. Also I have not used my credit card since two months, so the bill amount due against me is NIL. I also want to enquire the reason for late payment charges of Rs.510.27 in the bill? I have also contacted with you customer representative on 02.10.2013 at 10.10 am namely Mr. Nouman and launched my complaint.
Secondly, Rs.270/- are charged in the bill every month on account of insurance policy which I don’t want to avail and withdraw/cancel the policy.
I have also done FAX on No.02199213751 Dated-02.10.2013& send courier via TCS No.40121921970 Dated-02.10.2013, but i have again received bill with penalty Rs.2887.79. i have received no response of my previous complaint. do not send bill until issue is resolved.
