This is the second time I am posting a complaint (perhaps my first post did not go through). I ordered an Akribos watch and loved it until the dial broke off and it is completely unusable at this point. I would like to be reimbursed for the watch (it was bought off the Gilt website). I would like a customer service rep to respond and let me know what can be (i. E. Can I ship it in to have it fixed? can I receive a refund?).

Hello. I purchased a Akribos watch in June of 2012 and I have been very pleased with the watch up until a week ago. The knob (or it might called "Crown") recently broke off when I was trying to set the watch. Now that watch is not functional or in sync so I cannot use it. Please see the attached pictures to better understand the issue. I have been very pleased with the watch, but very disappointed that the materials so easily broke off - I was gently moving the dial to set the watch and it simply broke off.
I bought Akribos XXIV Men's AK685SS "UI Wrist Watch from Amazon.com. Unfortunately the seconds hand on the dial found removed from its fitting position. Good afternoon. In December I purchased an Akribos watch from Amazon.com. Shortly after the Amazon warranty ran out, the watch started to get some water under the crystal. At that point, I submitted a request to the Customer service line for help and have received no contact at all. The one year warranty that Akribos has should cover this issue and I am no on Contact Request number three. I would either like my money back or the watch replaced. I bought a watch Akribos XXIV(AKRAK648YG) September 24, 2014 and was delivered on October 11, 2014. This watch has never been used, it is still in its packaging, even the plastic over the dial is always there, except that the band has changed color and the closure is too difficult to handle. I am not satisfied with this product that its value is $ 495 and I bought it at $ 89 thinking it is a bargain. So I ask what is the return process since I am not dissatisfied with the quality of this watch and ask for a refund.
I bought a Akribos XXIV woman AK531SS Ultimate Multifunction Twist Chain Quartz watch. It is a beautiful watch BUT the bracelet is completely discolored and looks like cooper now. I paid a lot for this watch, but it was absolutely not worth the money. I am very disappointed especially consider the fact that i own the watch just one year and six month. Good afternoon, I have the Akribox XXIV Women's Ceramic Japanese Quartz Multifunction Bracelet Watch which I have bumped and broken it where the watch strap meets the face. As a result the bezel around the face would need to be repaired as well as the clip that holds the face to the strap. I would like to have this repaired, if possible,, but would like an estimate. I was given an Akribos XXV AK558RG watch for Christmas 2013. The watch itself is working perfectly, but I have had problems with the watch strap which is turning my wrist green and the colour on the strap seems to be fading as well. I have been trying for some time to find a replacement strap,, but without success. No one can tell me where I can get one, far less the one I need which would either be expanding or, preferably leather. I have also dropped the watch by accident and cracked the glass and I need to replace it. I am aware that I will have to pay for these items and have no problem with that. I purchased the Akribos XX1V watch (AK625BK) and after sitting for a couple of months before I put it on the watch band wouldn't connect. I took it to a watch repair place and they said the band was way to flimsy and they could not fix it. Is there a better replacement band that I could get in it's place.

Received XXIV as an anniversary gift in Sept 2014. It kept stopping. Called Akribos and they suggested new battery. I did that and watch stopped again After reading all the other complaints it appears these are JUNK. I have instructed my wife to return it and I will gladly pay the restocking fee from where she bought it I have had NO success contacting Akribos either. Note to self and others: Never buy an Akribos watch.
I purchased a Akribos xxiv Quartz Analog Watch in December. I did not open this until January. I found straight away that the second hand was sticking so assume the battery was low, so replaced it. Unfortunately the problem still happened. Can you let me know how I can get a replacement.

Watch reference is Akribos AK608RG.This watch was purchased in November 2013 as an xmas gift. It was purchased through groupon. I am letting you know how dissatisfied I am with this watch. After only wearing on a couple of occasions the rose gold plating has worn away and looks as though the watch is older than it actually is i absolutely love a lot of your designs, but because I am disappointed with this watch, then I would neither purchase another nor recommend this make. I feel as though it was money totally wasted. One very dissatisfied customer.

I just received a new Akribos xxiv watch and the clasp for the stainless steel band fell off, So i brought it to my repair man here in my city. He said to contact you and ask for a replacement or two of the clasp and see if that helps. I would be happy with a new (or two) replacement clasps. I bought two Akrisbos XXIV women's white ceramic and stainless steel watches that were delivered to me on 2/25. I gave one as a gift and kept the other one. This watch fell apart in May a pin fell out so was able to have it repaired because I had the pin. Several weeks ago, this watch once again fell apart. I brought it to the jewelers again, but it can not be repaired because the pin in broken. What would you suggest I do with this watch - can you have it repaired so it won't fall apart again?
