My old number was no longer active. so I bought a new number one month ago. The number is 71-742736. I bought it from Saida, but i am From Beirut. But when i started using, i saw that another person was using this number at the same time, on "whatsapp, tango, viber, line." Till now I am receiving calls, messages from his contacts. My name appears as "Maher". His name, on true caller and number book. What should i do ? You can help me or should i buy a new number?

i can help you ,your solution in this case is :
you must call for 03616695 you first number and tell him to unlocked his phone by sending an "empty message" to 1014.
and after that,from your phone using still send your new number 71614086 to 1014 again, but by writting "71614086" to 1014 and it will be reactivate to your new number using.your are welcome :)

Hello!this number 71669907 alpha was for me since three years ago.but I have being another number too by mtc and now the first is locked!and the second is desactivated so forget to send a empty SMS to 1014 by the same phone to me!so how my first number can be reactivate?and how time I must wait!?So I hopr to be open as soon as possible to me and expand customer delegates communications Co.This is because there is pressure dence services by alpha network connections ,that does not convert customers well and faster and guaranteed!.I still prefer alpha than mtc, but some mistakes from alpha services be too late to active and this thing is so bad!
