Why your Australia toll free number does not work? Its 180030009009 and the recording says it does not exist? Also such a huge corporate you are and you do not have any "online customer chat support"? How the hell a large company like yours publish numbers that do not exist? In chat below there are several complaints from Australian customers and there is not a single clerification. I have never dealt with Amazon before and yet my 15 year old email shows as being registerd and no way to reset password either as Australian four digit zip numbers not accepted by website. Thanks for nothing Amazon. I wonder if you would respond back from your US office. Or might even give me a ring. I think its too far fetched to except that courtesy.
