The Almay Clear Complexion Pressed Powder requires the user after applying powder to close the compact, flip it over and open to use the mirror. How inconvenient. Obviously, the person who designed the package for this product does not use it.

I bought an intense I color gel smooth liner in charcoal and it will not turn up to get the liner to come up. I attempted to send it to you, but had incomplete address so it was returned. I do not plan on spending more money on postage. What do you suggest?.

I have bought the Almay wake up under eye concealer three times in a row at almost 9. 00 each. When I went to squeeze some out the top started to come off and it came out the sides. This happened with each one and they were bought at different stores. The majority of went to waste because so much of it would come out. I love this product, but I will no longer buy it if it is going to keep doing this. I am wasting my money. Please advise

What were you thinking on the curved design of the applicator wand? Was a market research focus group utilized on how difficult it is to use it? Especially with left hand on the left eye. I get the teardrop design of the case, which is cool and easy to handle/open, but the wand. Had to throw it out and buy a new shadow applicator brush.

Good dayAlmay state there mascara is hypoallergenic and safe for contact lens wearers, but since I started using the One Coat Get up and Grow mascara on Saturday seven November my eyes burned so much I could not see. At first I thought it was the season allergies, but nothing helped. So I went to the doctor and she said I must remove my lenses and use a eye gel for two days without wearing my lenses and then start using my old mascara (Smashbox by the way - they do not even state hypoallergenic like Almay). Now my eyes are completely fine. This is unacceptable I want my refund and my expenses covered.

I bought your intense i-color eyeliner in raisin quartz and I am extremely disappointed. Usually, I love your products, but this eyeliner won't stay on regardless of cold weather and using a primer. I'll have to reapply every half hour if I want the color to stay. I do not know if I will buy another eyeliner from you as this one is of such poor quality.

I have used your eyeliner for to many years to count. Lately I have been so disappointed in the product that I have begun to look for other brand alternatives. One eyeliner I purchased a few months back was so hard you could not get it to work. I had to throw it out. Now I just started to use one and the color seems to fade away over time. I have never had any of these problems in the past. I am seriously questioning the current quality standards you are using. Has anyone else had these problems? Why is it happening. I purchase my products and major Drug stores. As a long time user I thought you should be aware why I am now switching the Clinique.

I purchased Almay Intense color party brights eye shadow last week and it only comes with one applicator for three shades. What do you suggest I use for the other two? I think three applicators should be included.

When I apply Almay intense I-color it burns my eyelids. The color is 024.

I love Almay, except I recently have a concern about the 'Intense 'I" Color Volumizing Mascara'. I like everything it does, but I have discovered there are little flex in it (almost like a very tiny glitter). After washing my face, these sparkles appear on my face, and for the longest time, I thought possibly the face wash was causing it. My concern is that these flex can get in your eyes and cause irritation. Which, I'm sure, is why I've been using more eye drops and my eyes have been irritated. I'm sure the flex are to intensify the color. Please quit using it.

Not satisfied with last 3-4 purchases of One Coat Mascara. I have been buying your products for decades and I have five adult daughters that have followed suit based on my recommendations, but lately I have not been happy with the product. I have purchased from different stores in the Raleigh, NC area, and they all seem dry, and need replacing very quickly. Has the formula been changed, or is the marketing department goofing up things for better sales? I would appreciate knowing so I can make better choices in the future.
