I received my order 702-5911628-3669853. I noticed the package was opened, and re-taped closed. I checked the contents, was all there and there was no damage to product inside. I paid for a closed box brand new item. I would like to have a discount. The open box you have on sale is $65. 58

I have been clicking revised payment method box then under select a payment method my credit card is listed. I continue to order details and told my payment information has been updated. Amazon. Ca requires me to fol low directions to check each order for payment method. I tr ied doing this, but I think its for amazon.com the directions do not make any sense. What I have done is go to my account where each order has a request for revision of payment. On that page I have my credit card revised, but this is not accepted. I would like nto complete the orders before they are canceled. Thanks.
