I have enjoyed all the angry bird games, however I am now having trouble logging in. Whether I am on line or off line I get a retry message. This has been occurring for several months. This is not the first time something like this has happened. When playing Angry Birds bubble reaching a high level and accumulating many rewards one day when opening game my whole game was reset to level one and I lost my progress. I was very upset, needless to say I deleted the entire app after all my progress. Is this your M. O. ? when a player reaches a high level and accumulates many rewards you then throw a wrench in the system and want the player to delete their progress. This is unfair. I am more angry then your birds right now. If you want people to use your apps, please rectify this problem. If this is not solved you can rest assure that I will never attempt to play another game knowing that after my efforts I will then lose all my progress. Thank you.

Hello I have been playing the game today and has frozen/Retry several times losing my score in the arena and of course working my up the reward system, very frustrating especially when I have not only used my weapons, but also paid gems to help me win. This has happened once or twice before, but today is very bad - I also have noticed that i tend to lose a lot of games in the arena when playing against people who some how get two bomb and reds, I can never seem to win this chance of getting two of the same at any point. My seven year old son was playing Angry Birds on my mobile on Saturday 13th January 2018 and between the times of 8. 25pm - 8. 50pm purchased up to £70 worth of gems for this game without my consent. I Purchased the 30 day 70 per day pink stars after the purchase there was an We’re you collect, but it would not allow me to open it up to collect my 70 and today when I opened it up it said day two didn’t get day one I need to get the 70 birds that I paid for.
Since the last full update of Angry Birds two, the game seems to cut off at least every other time that I use gems to continue in a match. I have lost over 1000 gems in the last four weeks from this happening. It is not one random game that this occurs, it has been all the different games including King Pig Panic, The Arena, and all others. Just today at 2:18 PM (Eastern Standard Time) in the United States, the game cut off as I was playing Tower Of Fortune. I had already spent 370 gems at the time this happened. If someone can please respond with any help or information on what may be causing this I would be grateful. I cant afford to keep buying gems and lose the due to a technical issue.
