Problem concerning my purses(bags). I purchased six of your purchases (6)of your purses (Bags) within two weeks and was too happy($ for me and 2 for my daughters. I changed purses due the reason of worn out straps. The Blue one in color is not an issue Only carried it for Class Reunion(Blue and Gold could not find the Gold). I have a quilted jacket that has lost two of the metal toggles that turned in order to close the front of the jacket. Not sure if incline can resolve this problem, but without these toggles the jacket is worthless to me

Hello, I have bought two identical Anne Klein watches that both have the same defect in the mechanism. Having changed the battery twice in the first watch, I realized the fault was in the mechanism. The cost to service the watch was the same as the retail cost, so I simply bought exactly the same model of watch again, only to have the same defect in that watch too I. E. The watch keeps stopping. Its about a watch i bought on the cruise ship anthem of the seas late november as a xmas present for my daughter only to be embarrassed by the fact it stopped working after two days ,she took it too her local jewelers who checked it over ,and discovered the battery had expired ,and asked her if itwas old stock , i was very upset ,because no it wasnt even in the sale section my daughter has now had a new battery put in.

I bought my wife an AK watch 11 months ago on a Norwegian Crouse line Vessel (arround 100$ cost). About three weeks ago it started to work / don’t work on a daily bases. I thought it was the battery that had to be replaced, but it kept the same afterwards as well, meaning that the mechanism is not OK. I purchased an Anne Klein watch 109536RMRG from Dubai Mall on 1st January 2015, the warranty period is two years. On wearing the watch, I get a terrible rash on my wrist almost immediately and thus not able to wear for a longer time. The quality of metal used appears to be of low quality, as I never get rashes from wearing watches. I expect a reply and a replacement as it is under a two year warranty.
I bought an Anne Klein Suitcase from TK MAXX in the UK about a year ago and some of the zip tags have broken off. The Suitcase was guaranteed for 5 years but i cant find the receipt. Its a wheeled black case with a Snake/Python trim. I was hoping if you knew the design was recent you would be able to repair or replace it for me as it would still be covered by the warranty. I was given an Anne Klein gold bracelet that tarnished after one wear.
Purchased an Anne Klein purse that had a defective strap. Did not use the purse until after 30 day return limit at the store. Called this number and was instructed to return the purse via a traceable mailing method and was promised a gift card (for value of purse and up to $7. 50 toward postage). Returned purse and heard nothing. When I called after four weeks, I was told Anne Klein gift cards were no longer being issued and was offered a choice between two other brand gift cards. Neither brand is one that I use. I have emailed, but am no longer getting answers to my emails. Right now I am out $34. 99 plus 6. five percent sales tax($2. 28) and the $9. 00 it cost to return the purse. My experience has been a real disappointment.
