BARBRI Course
BARBRI offers six to seven week courses to the graduates. The courses feature multiple choice question review and practice essay questions. BARBRI History
BARBRI's history was started in 1950s when a firm, Bay Area Review (BAR) was started by William A. Rutter. Bar Review Inc., (BRI) was another exam preparation company, started by Lewis Collens and Beardsley Ruml in 1967. Harcourt, Brace, Jovanovich had acquire both of these companies and combined them under the name of Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Legal and Professional Publications. However, it was traded as BARBRI. The company was purchased by
Leeds Equity Partners in April 2014.
