I am having an issue with my Baxi wall hung unit I had installed on 9/29/14. The unit eight thousand three hundred dollars to be installed. Now I have cold water. The technician said it will coast between seven and eight hundred dollars. My warranty is only three years. The tech says I need a new circuit board and another part. I look for your help in this matter. I can provide you with the installers email and phone number information. This is a lot of money to pay for a heating unit almost four years old. The tech called the parts up grades. I do not think I should be responsible to have to pay for up grades. Please help me quick. I have cold running water at my home for shower and kitchen use.
