My name is Stephen McManus (account 659A671299). Today's experience with customer service was intolerable. My wife called sometime in September 2017 to cancel her health and both her and my dental insurance for October 2017. I spent over 1. five hours, and was passed around from seven customer service agents. The first three agents couldn't find my account and passed me to another agents who also couldn't find my account. Finally, I finally got a supervisor because I refused to be sent back to a customer service groups I had already talked to twice. The supervisor promised to cancel my $22 policy. A 1. five hour phone of being passed around different customer service groups is intolerable. I am a disabled American veteran and have been disabled for over 40 years. I have been living on a fixed income for over ten years. 1. five hours of phone tree hell is intolerable. I would be grateful if someone would verify that my dental policy is cancelled.
