I purchased a SAMSUNG J500H Gold with IMEI No. 353505070987467 from Darpan Telecom, Safura Tower, Banani on 1st. March 2016. Immediately I returned home I noticed the set is overheating abnormally and reported the matter to same sales office on 5th March and deposited the set with them. Several times I discussed the problem both with sales outlet, your service centre as well as the call centre. Though the set has been fixed now, but I was repeatedly told that the had no problems. On checking it was established that some repair work was performed which was completely denied to me. On that point I refused to collect the set and ask for proper explanation. To date neither I received any satisfactory explanation nor the set back. Your immediate reply on the issue will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
