The Library is maintained by well qualified librarian. It is well stocked and houses 10,550 books pertaining to the course curriculum, as well as books related to certain general interest areas. It subscribes to a number of newspapers, magazines, and journals of national & International repute in varied areas of knowledge. It also provides internet facility the college always makes efforts to upgrade regularly and add to the present stock.
Bharathidasan College of Arts and Science – BCAS Erode Separate Hostel accommodation for Boys & Girls with all amenities is available. Accommodation in the Hostel is available to the needy. The hostel functions under the supervision of the Principal as Chief Warden and Deputy Wardens. Hostel accommodation for students will be provided for one year. Based on the performance in the first year, the students will be admitted in the second and subsequent years. The Hostel Mess is run by the Vivekananda Trust and it is being looked after by the management directly. Dividing system is being followed in it.
A Private Canteen is available for students & staff in Bharathidasan College of Arts and Science – BCAS Erode Campus. Strict discipline is maintained in the service area. The Vegetarian Mess is run on the basis of dividing system. The Mess bill shall be counted from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. Mess bill for the previous month should be paid before 10th of every succeeding month. A fine for Rs. 5/- per day for default will be collected for any delay after the due date. The students should maintain order, discipline and decorum. Buses are available for students (Day - Scholars) from Erode, Gobi, Sathy and Perundurai, Andhiyur, Bhavani and Chennimalai. Free Transport facilities are provided to students.
