I took my teenagers for their first concert ever to Dead and Company. However due to Blossoms inability to manage traffic and minimal checkpoints for such a large crowd, it took us two hours to park and get into the venu once on-site. We missed half the show. I paid big, hard earned money for this event, and I'm disgusted with Blossom. I will never. And I mean never. Buy tickets for Blossom again. It is so sad that this place has gone downhill and is getting such a bad reputation for shows. And the prices on your water and pop are absolutely obsurd. I'm so disappointed. People who spend that kind of money on event tickets deserve better. Christine Layner

Your smoking policy is not enforced. We nonsmokers pay the same amount as smokers and shouldn't be subjected to cigarette smoke blowing in our faces all during a concert. Nobody enforces anything there. How can you enjoy a concert if every five minutes smoking is happening? The orchestra doesn't allow it so the other concerts shouldn't either. Sick of catering to smokers.

As a lifelong resident of Akron, I was looking forward to my 1st visit to Blossom on Thursday, July 5th. Not knowing what to expect, I researched online and found that my chair could only measure nine inches from the ground, but screens were situated so I should be able to see no matter where I sat and smoking was to be limited. We thought we found the perfect spot until people lit up all around us, Once the concert started, crowds of people moved in front of us and stood. Several joints were being passed around between a whole group. We finally moved back only to have the same thing happen, joint and all. I am so disappointed in the whole experience My question is why the short chairs and why is not security walking around. What a waste of my money. Wish I would have known these facts before I purchased my tickets. You need to be upfront with people and tell them what they should really expect.

I had a question relating to the Train concert on June 24th that could not be answered by choosing one of their automated menu options. As a last resort, I pressed "1" for "Train information". It led me nowhere except to a continuous loop of the same choices. Again and again. It is obvious they do not want to speak to the public as there are no service reps available to take phone calls. But they can do this because it's not like anybody is going to say, "Nope, not buying tickets for Blossom concerts. They do not provide customer service" They have no competition.

It would be really nice to be able to talk to a LIVE person on the phone at the venue and not ticket box office people only Why do not you have a customer service number for the venue? Boggles my mind.

My older daughter is very afraid of parking at Blossom. She is taking my 11 year old to see Imagine Dragons. Her dad said he would drive them up, and wait in the car until it was over, in the parking lot, but is that allowed?
