Why i got same three incedents as of today I made a reservation and booking.com confirmed it, but when am calling the properties they are already fully booked and they cannot accomodate me anymore. You made my day so disgusting looking a room to rent for tomorrow, i booked a head of time its a week before and why you will advised me one day before that it waa cancelled. However I am requesting that the first day be cancelled coz of changed flight schedule. I know the policy, but may I inform you that the reservation was made only last June 22 so how can I cancel a booking that should be two weeks before when it still didn't happen. I made a reservation at Shangrila Mactan for two days and two rooms July three to July 5. Ijust made the reservation last June 22 only. However, I have to cancel my reservation for the first day, but the second day will push through. I was told that I can cancel, but I have to pay the whole amount still.
