The chain in many regions of the country competes with other chain department stores like JCPenney, Macy's and Sears. The chain sell a range of products that covers several items such as clothing, fashion accessories, footwear, jewelry, beauty products, candy, household goods and home furnishing products like bedding, Home Furniture etc. The company sponsored the 'Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade' held in Philadelphia from the year 1998 to 2007.
