Hi for the past half an hour I have been trying to connect an international call, but I'm having no connection from Cent Mobile. No prior message to warn there was going to be a bad connection from Cent Mobile. Customer service number not being manned 24 hours. That's really poor. What if there was an emergency? I'm not satisfied with this development.

I observed an unusual activity on my account which are; -A spontaneous automatic credit recharged of $ ten every ten minutes-I observed a continuous on going call using one of my phone numbers on my account that is not active 2404912652 to 50975587185-A rapid reduction in my account balance as i watched on my account. All theses unauthorized took place 12/03/2015 between the hours of 21:52 to 22:58ET -I immediately took some personal security measures to stop it. Finally i am demanding a refund at this time.

I bought airtime for $100 and got $100 bonus with the recent promotion launched. I had to get about 1, 600 minutes to call my home Country Cameroon. It was given to me, but after some few days, my airtime got slashed and only about 500 minutes was left in my airtime. This is absolute theft and I cannot accept that. I have always been buying credit for at least $50 and always when there is a promotion I purchase for $100 to gain $100 with close to 1, 600 minutes. I am asking you guys to immediately give back my minutes or I will seize using Centmobile and launch an anti-campaign against your company. This is absolute scamming and it is not acceptable. My writing to explain my dissatisfaction about my last purchase of credit. I added $30 of credit and i was expecting $15 of bonus, but did not receive it. This is the order 30391775 and 30391782 for the bonus. I got only 140 minutes. It's not fair because with $10 i usually obtained 53 minutes.
