This is regarding delivery of two dissimilar shoes in my order number 4550459
I sent a complaint on this to CC. But got a reply that the product can not be refunded as the same was being sold in a discounted offer. (refer attached communication)
This is really unbelievable that a standard company like Clarks can also sell dissimilar product on account of discount sell offer. It shows that the company is not concerned for it's customer and their own reputation. This is my last and sincere request to take necessary measures on my complaint. Thanks,

From India, i received my product, but it is defective, order number - 4436975. Customer care numbert working and email not responding. But stll you are doing business in India. So how long you Clarks can do this to Indian customers. Fix your phones and build you brand or else you will suffer

I Sagar Sheladiya had bought Clarks shoes from Clarks' store at VR mall, Surat during October 2014.
