My name is Miriam Roman. I have been calling for telephone service repair)787-760-7934) since Nov. 2016. The account is under my father name Ralph Carrero. I report the problem constantly to Claro tech. 1-866-375-3375. As of today I have no telephone service which I cannot understand why the service has not been repair. An appointment was made for Saturday, June three and the tech. Personnel did not come or call. They close the ticket and do not even call to see if the telephone was repair like they use to in the past. In addition, you are claiming that I owe a balance without service How could this be possible ? Why is this situation taking so long. Will appreciate if someone can give me a valid reply. Ive been trying to contact this company for months and no luck. I finally got threw to customer service, which was a very poor experience. My dad had service installed at his home by Claro. Then Hurricane Maria hit service was never connected to that land line, but he still received a bill, for services that was never given to him, my father is older and he felt obligated to pay the bill, but also wanted to cancel the service. customer service is making it impossible to cancel his service after they said they would if he paid the bill. This company is the worst, and we still are trying to CANCEL any BUSINESS that my dad has with this company. I repoerted the to the BBB, and they are having a haRD TIME LOCATING THIS COMPANY. Please some one reach out to me with a working Number or FAX Number where this matter can be rectified.

Seguimos teniendo un problema con nuestro servicio RDSI. Nuestro vuelo se enumeran a continuación se cerró, hemos abierto Claro billete reparación 2015120400039. I was charge for $1300. 00 because I move to FL and the do not have service in USA. So they ask me to go back to PR to show proof of my new address. Then I try to talk with a Supervisor and no way They Charge me for a roaming service I didn't used or have it plus the cancellation fees and is not all. They said is my fall because I never ask for the service, when I did it before move here. What can I do? If they charge me this fraudulent penalties.

My company is experiencing a re-occurring problem. Our service is down and we are again having problems reporting the problem to Claro-PRT. We finally opened trouble tickets in the April-May time frame. The ticket numbers were 2015042200042 and 2015042200043. II have tried to contact my sister who is very sick I Puerto rRico. I live in Schaumburg Illinois. When I call from here I cannot contact at her house. I spoke to a gentleman and he said he could not help me. I then asked for the name, address or phone number of the CEO of Claro an was told it was confidential and could not be given to me. Any time a customer has a complaint and requires the phone number or address of the CEO of that company it should not be a secret. The number 787-794-2258 has been out of order for over seven months . My father is 90 yrs old and lives alone. I have been reporting this problem for that same amount if time from New York . The phone rings, but there is no connection no sound - call does not go through. It is imperative that immediate attention be given to this request . Whenever I want to find out how my father is I have to call a neighbor or relative. This is no way to run a business or to service senior citizens - it is essential that he has open and working communication in case of emergency. I would appreciate immediate attention to this request. I live in New York and I would be more at eased if this matter is resolved before I leave - I understand that the neighbor has the same issue.
