To whom it may concern. Even though I realize that you are not concerned whatsoever My phone number is 901-596-0330, I received a letter informing me of a price increase. I understand price increases. I only get Sunday and I have been paying around $10 per month. New price is $16 37. 5% price increase even though I have struggled to get my paper on time or at all and the Sunday paper I do get is very thin and behind the news because it's published in Jackson, TN. Plus, you lost some of your top reporters, like Geoff Calkins. What I really consider a slap in the face is the fact that I have been a subscriber for 30+ years. A new person can move to the area and sign up for less that $15 for daily delivery. How is that fair? Good thing you are the only show in town. Disgruntled to the point of cancelling.

On Sundays I look forward to the CA Home magazine. I like to keep up with all things real estate. I also want to see the value of homes sold in our zip code. I'm very unhappy when I get home from church and sit down to read the paper around 1:00pm and the first thing I want to read is the Home book and it is not there. I called and complained and it returned in my paper, but it is missing again. I do not know if this is an area issue or not. I want my home book every Sunday in the CA. Don't tell me to call cause when we get home from church too late. Leave the SPORTS section out I do not care, but I want my home magazine every Sunday. I pay for it and I want it or I can cancel the paper. I live in the Ravencrest Subdivision in Bartlett. Most of these homes over here run about three hundred thousand. So please make sure my home magazine is here every Sunday. Thanks Joan Biggs 4731 Dylan Valley Drive Bartlett, TN 38135.

I have tried several times to reach your subscription line. However, you can never reach anyone nor will your extensions work. I am wishing to cancel my subscription as it has gone up $5 a month since last month. I was paying around $11 and now it is around $16. The paper is not thick anymore nor is it worth the $11, I was paying per month. My husband wanted it to see the obits every day. Please cancel my subscription as of this notice and do NOT bill me in November. Thank you. Shirley Scott .

The invoice for renewal of my home delivery subscription just
arrived, and there seems to be an increase for three-months
7-day delivery, from $97 to $141. I was not aware of any pending
increases in the subscription cost and would like to speak with
a representative ASAP, before deciding whether or not to renew. Thank you.

I have requested that the Germantown Weekly newspaper not be thrown on my driveway. The Commercial Appeal is still throwing the paper on my driveway. I now have no soliciting signs on my property which makes it against the law in Germantown to leave materials on my property. Please have Robert Smith correct the problem.

I am getting the Germantown Weekly newspaper thrown on my driveway and I have requested for it not to be thrown on my property. I have contacted several people at the Commercial Appeal and they keep saying they will fix it, but the paper is still being thrown on my driveway.
