I am a Lifetime Member of the Cooking Club of America. It has been over a year since I have received a magazine or any testing opportunities from the club. What is going on? I paid good money for my membership and am very disappointed in what I am seeing here.

You cannot get to customer service by phone. Ads, ads, ads and more ads and after all the ads you are told to call a different number that turns out to be State farm promo. I signed up to be a lifetime member and magazines are no longer coming. Just wanted to talk to someone to update and am now so unhappy with the whole experience. I did like to magazines and tips. After your in if you are not actively involved they could seemingly care less you as lifetime member.

I am both a Premier Cooking and Garden Club of America LIFETIME member. Joined both clubs at the same time, paid FULL price membership for each club, got stainless cookware, and garden set in bag for joining and the start of the monthly books that are purchased separately and a few months of each clubs magazines and I have not received anything from either club for a couple of years. I've sent numerous emails and phones calls, with no luck in speaking with anyone. With the humdreds of dollars spent and given to you, I have not received any product testing items, nor access to the websites that seem to have disappeared. Someone needs to get the US Government involved for fraud, and whom ever owned these clubs and sold memberships, taken to court and sued, so that other members and myself can get some type of refund on a seemingly forgotten and sadly missed clubs that were for those of us that had a true interest in learning and knowing more.
I am supposedly a paid in full member of Cooking Club of America (and yes I am paid in full) and to this day have not received the stainless steel cookware set for paying in full and since the day I paid in full in 2009 I have not received one thing no magazine no books no products to test NOTHING I want my money back.
Where are you, Cooking Club of America? I bought a lifetime membership, got a set of pots and pans, an apron, even tested a product. Also received magazines for a few years, and do not forget the outrageously priced calendars I bought for a number of years right up to the one for 2016. Since then, nothing. I loved the magazines, etc. If you have dissolved as a company, then let me know.

I am a Life Time Member and was on the ground floor when the Cooking Club of America started. I received the magazines on time but, for some reason; I have not received a magazine since last Spring. I have tried to call the toll free number several times and get a "beeping sound" or a message telling me I could not be connected and then a number with an "L" at the end. I have tried to contact the company through Facebook and they send a "code" and I entered three different codes and still was not able to connect.
