I purchased a pair of asics Kyano shoes and paid in full. They web said they would be dispatched 24-48hrs although on checking receipt had different dates. After four wks from purchase and my shoes had not arrived. I chased the Cudo customer support team to be told that the order was not available and they would have to refund the money. It would take five working days. After holding my $$ for four wks no contact from them it was up to me to chase it. Then told to wait another five working days for my money to be refunded. It is now six working days later and still my money has not been refunded. Not happy. Will refer to accc if not action immeadiately. Now in breach of refund agreement.

I have emailed Cudo throught the suggested channels given on your website, infortunately I have NOT heard any reply to my problem which is very disappointing. My issue is that I purchased a voucher to a Super Delux Carwash at Labrador on the Gold Coast. We attempted to use the voucher twice, but they were unable fit us in. The third time we went to use the voucher we were told that the company had been sold and that they would not honour the voucher. Now the voucher has expired so I would request a refund as this is not acceptable. I have used Cudo on severaal occassions and have been happy with the results.
