Went out this morning to go to work at 6:00 A. M. No paper and no paper in the entire neighbor hood. Called it in, expecting to speak to someone at 6:35. I got was a computer who transferred me to another number who made me go through an entire process to enter all kinds of info. Then it wouldn't even let me leave a message as to what was going on (to inform the Oklahoman that the ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD had no paper). Phone reporting method not very user friendly. Very frustrating as I just received a letter telling me of a cost increase Not very good customer service after receiving that. Definitely need to improve on delivery service.

Had a C Cunninghaw at least that is the name on my receipt selling Daily Oklahoman subscription, I payed $15. 00 cash for 13 weeks of the Wednesday/Sunday paper, They shorted me two Sunday papers and three Wednesday papers even with me calling. Know they are calling me and harassing me for $12. 00 that i supposedly owe.

We had a car driving in our neighborhood in Tuttle and were stopping. My husband went and asked who they were because we've had some breakins. They said they were with the Daily Oklahoman and were looking for new routes, he had a badge, but looked fishy.
