Woolworth's major breakthrough was the purchase of Champs Sports. After acquisition, it changed the name of the purchased company to the Woolworth Athletic Group. In 1999, Woolworth adopted the new name Venator Group. After two years, the Northern Reflections stores were re-branded as Foot Locker Inc. In the year 2013, the company stepped up by acquiring Runners Point Group. Foot Locker also provides online shopping facilities to its customers.
