I received an email saying that my payment did not go through. I called the credit card company and they have said that there has been no request from you. Now the ticket costs more money. I would like to get the flight at the rate I originally purchased it since it was not an error on my bank.

Ayer compre un ticket y trato de ingresar a mi cuenta y el sitio de ustedes no funciona. No hay forma de ingresar a mi informacion, en el porceso de encontrar un numero de telefono, encontre miles de quejas hacia ustedes y todos parecen tener el mismo problema, ser cargados dos veces por lo mismo, no comunicacion, y tratarlos como scamm, estoy preocupadisima por mi compra y quisiera tener un numero de acceso con ustedes y la confirmacion que mi viaje no sera cancelado como veo le pasa a un monton de gente con ustedes. Quisiera cancelar la compra y me regresen el dinero, gastar quizas unos dolares mas pero tener acceso a hablar con una compania mas seria, obviamente no estan interesados e comunicarse con sus clientes. I've had trouble getting a flight to Mexico, on your website. On Aug 4th I tried and could not complete the form, it would not let me complete it. One hr later I went to another site and got a ticket thru Aeromexico for the 28th of October. Now it appears a flight on the 29th of October was put thru. I need to speak with a customer service agent, I purchased a ticket on August 4th the purchase number is 2461431401 reservation code FUWEQO, I have the e ticket you sent me, however today I realized the amount of the purchase has been reimbursed to my account I called my back and they told me the transaction was approved, I am worried because three month ago I bought another ticket and after having the reservation code a few days later I was sent a message saying the ticket was not reserved, so I bought another one, and at the airport counter of the airline I found myself with two sits of the same flight, I would appreciate if you could provide me with a number to call, as I have tried repeatedly the number on this page without succes and I am now in Peru in need to have assurance of my reservation so that I can buy a round trip flight to Las Vegas Nevada, but without assurance of the first reservation I canr proceed to buy the second ticket.
