I cannot get to a human to get a replacement eyepiece for a Duscovery Kids Exclusive Macro Microscope. When you think you have reached a Customer Service center it just goes to an answering system for you to leave a message. The customer service number printed on the microscope is no longer in service. I have learned a valuable lesson like the others who have complained, never buy Discocery Kids toys.

I purchased two Discovery Kids items for "Santa" gifts a few weeks ago. I purchased the light up globe AND an alarm clock/sound machine. Neither of these items works. They were purchased at JC Penney store in Springfield Mo. It's my fault, but I no longer get have the receipt for either item. I would not be able to take them back to the store anyway, due to "Santa" bringing the items. I just want your company to know how disappointing it is to have to try and explain to a 6yr old why BOTH her items Santabrought do not work ?? this is very disturbing and disappointing that your company would well items that do not work. Not only did these items not work, but all the pieces weren't even in the boxes So disappointing.

My daughter received the Discovery Kids princess castle for Christmas. Immediately we noticed a small rip on the seam at the top. I could repair and would have if it was the only issue. The other issue, which is more significant, is there is not lining around one of the two windows. This leaves it susceptible to tearing. I tried to take it back to Belk where my mom said she bought it and they can not find it in their system and I can not go to the state my mom bought it in to return. I have a three year old daughter who loves this castle and I would appreciate if you could help remedy these manufacturing issues. I have a Discovery Kids 360 degree animated LED Arctic lamp that uses six C batteries. The on-off switch does not work. You have to take a battery or two out to make it stop.

My son just recently turned 7. One of his friends bought him the Discovery Kids Jumbo Motorized Construction Crane Set. I Put three "C" batteries in the Crane turned it on and Nothing works. Needless to say he is pretty disappointed. I do not have a receipt for this because it was a gift so I cannot return it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.
My grandson received one of your "Discovery Kids Animated Tropical Fish Marine Aquarium Lamps with Auto Shut Off" as a gift for Christmas. Upon putting three C batteries in, it ran -- ran the same with six batteries. The switch to "Off" position will not cut the thing off, nor does "timer" setting cut it off. The only way to turn this off is by taking the batteries out. In addition, just noticed that one side has a crack in the clear part. Since this appears to be a defective / damaged product and I do not know where it was purchased, can you send a replacement?

We purchased the wall and ceiling art projector at WalMart for our granddaughter. We are very disappointed that only the purple marker is not dried out. So only one of six markers works. Hi, I am from Chennai, TN. My kid watches KISNA episodes. She likes it so much and would eat only wen it is played. The usual timings were 9am, 2pm, 6pm and 9pm every day. But nowadays it seems that duration is reduced to half and hour and is played at 2. 30 pm and 9. 30pm. I request to continue the play at earlier timeings or at least have it played for an hour. Its the most successful cartoon from Discovery Kids.
After purchasing Dinosaur Factivity from Discovery Kids, we noticed the product is flawed in many ways. Hello my name is Samantha Whiteside. I bought my son the Discovery Kids 1000 strange, but true animal facts paperback book for his birthday and about an hour ago I gave it to him. While handing it over the cover fell off. It appears that the glue holding it together was just not strong enough. My son wants nothing more, but to learn everything he can so when he is older he can save animals lives. He was so disappointed when that happened. Is there anyway he could receive a replacement? I purchased the Discovery Kids Volcano Eruption Kit from Five Below and my boyfriend and his son tried to do it. The directions say to use 13 oz of warm tap water, but that is entirely too much water and the sand becomes watery and unable to use You actually only need approximately two ounces of water. I also noticed there are YouTube videos and in each one the customers only use a portion of the water. There is NO way 13 ounces can even be PUT in the bag with the sand His seven year old son was extremely disappointed and we are extremely disappointed with this product How can you enclose directions that are clearly WRONG? I bought three Discovery Kids toys this year for Christmas, and have been extremely disappointed. I bought a Space marble run and it was suppose to come with four marbles, but did not, I bought a Lantern/star projector for my sons room and the battery back will not stay on, and something is broken inside of it, because I hear a rattling noise. We purchased our son one of your Volcano Eruption kits for Christmas and are very displeased with the product. The instructions are incomplete and incorrect. The tube doesn't stay within the side of the volcano. Not only have we already wasted our money, my son thought that he was doing everything correctly and has nothing, but a Cheap plastic bowl left. My 8yr old son lives for his Constellation Bug (blue, of course). Recently, even after several battery changes, it has completely stopped working. It is less than a year old. My son will not sleep without this, and since we share a room, I am not sleeping, either. I absolutely love your products and have had number issues with any other purchases,, but I cannot bring myself to buy another Constellation Bug after less than a year; at the same time, it's breaking my son's heart.
