Subject: Double fudge Brownie mix, UPC: six 44209 33247, Exp date Mar 23 17

As I pulled out the plastic bag of mix most of it ended up on my counter as there was a two 1/2" hole in the bottom of the bag, I gathered up the mix as it appeared normal and hesitantly continued making the brownies, however the dry mix did not seem to dissolve well, I baked and promptly disposed of the entire batch of brownies as they didn't even look or taste good, I might add much to the dismay of my family. In all my years (I think at least 50+) of purchasing Duncan Hines I can honestly say I have never experienced a problem. Could the issue be the mix had dried out too much? I'm not sure however, I would hope you would want to be informed of this packaging issue. 607-759-9715.

I just opened a can of Duncan Hines Comstock sugar free apple pie filling to find a can full of syrup and five apple slices. I could not believe my eyes and I needed it for my recipe tonight I was so disappointed.

On Saturday, March 12, 2016, I purchased at Walmart, Washington, PA, Duncan Hines® Perfect Size Chocolate Lover's Cake. My sister loves these cakes because they are perfect. I put cake into oven as directed for 34 minutes, when the buzzer went off, went to pull cake out and the cake pan was empty and the bottom of the oven was full of the batter. Needless to say, no cake. When I looked at bottom of pan the seal around the "cool, push" button was lifted in one spot which caused the batter to leak out. All over the oven. My cost was $2. 78. Please replaced cake at: Jayne May , 647 North Main Street, Houston, PA 15342.

There are many recipes that used a boxed cake mix to start with. I loved Duncan Hines cake mixed and would buy no other. I am now going to make my own mixes. How could you change your box from 18. 25 oz to 15. 25 oz. A full three oz less of your cake mix This screws up all my recipes No warning. Just bought your cake mix and proceeded as usual and the batter did not come out right. This sucks. I called your customer service number and the office is closed so I can not even complain to you in person.

We purchased a Duncan Hines Brownie mix in Aug 2014. It had walnuts, so you just stirred it. My husband took a bite of cooked product and broke his tooth. It had a shell in it. I sent a pick of the tooth a dentist bill of evaluation (that we paid)picture of product box, with UPC codes, the shell ect. It is now Oct of 2015 and after 32 calls to then, we have no resolution. I filed a BBC complaint also. I cant believe that a LARGE company like that just doesn't stand behind there product. I'm not (yet) filing a law suit as I have not done that in 65 years of living. BUT that maybe my only option. Shame on Duncan Hines .

I made the upside down german chocolate cake to serve as dessert tonight and it was a total disaster the bottom layer of brown sugar, butter, coconut and pecans stuck completely to the bottom of the greased and floured pan, making it completely impossible to remove my dessert is ruined so i will serve plain ice cream instead of the planned cake what a disappointment i followed the instructions to the letter,, but something is wrong with these instructions I am really upset with this product.

I am so truly disappointed in your new Decadent German Chocolate Cake mix. After having tried the Carrot Cake mix and having great success~~you can imagine how saddened I was when I tried the German Chocolate mix yesterday morning and it just did not fail once,, but twice This is not my first experience using cake mixes, I have been baking for over 45 years. Directions were followed in both instances to the "T". Both cakes came out very wet and overly moist. Once cooled, they just fell apart. I had to go to our local bakery and buy a cake for $20. 00 because we were having a family party and I did not have the time or patience enough to go for a 3rd failure. I do not normally write to a company to complain,, but thought in this instance that I should because the quality of this product does not meet my standards, and should not meet your company's standards either. I thought that you would like to share this in with QA. Thank you.
